Frequently Asked Questions
We cover Benalmadena to Marbella. However, please contact us to confirm if we can attend your location if you are outside this area.
We operate set office hours and never miss a call during this time.
Our office hours are:
Monday to Friday: 9:30 – 12:00hrs and 15:00 – 16:00 hrs
Outside of these times, we regularly monitor and respond to WhatsApp messages, including evenings and weekends. Our Plumbers are working in the field throughout the day, so while office availability is structured, work is ongoing daily.
We accept cash, card and bank transfer. For selected services listed on our website, customers can also book and pay securely online at the time of booking.
Yes, our initial charge covers travel, diagnosis and up to 90 minutes of labour.
We can often provide estimates based on photos or descriptions. For more complex jobs, a site visit may be required.
We will always advise honestly. Sometimes replacement is more cost-effective long-term than repeated repairs.
We carry common parts, but specialist items may need to be sourced. Time spent collecting parts is chargeable.
Yes, subject to availability. Emergency work at weekends and out of hours may be charged at a different rate.
In many cases, yes. However, if parts are required or further issues are uncovered, additional time or visits may be necessary.
We will always inform you before proceeding. Plumbing systems are interconnected, and fixing one issue can sometimes reveal underlying faults. Where further work is required, this may not always be possible within the same appointment due to scheduling commitments, and a follow up visit/s may need to be arranged.
Yes, we guarantee workmanship. However, we cannot guarantee faults caused by pre-existing issues elsewhere in the plumbing system.
We provide timed appointments to give customers a realistic arrival window and avoid keeping people waiting all day. However, plumbing work can sometimes be unpredictable - a job may uncover hidden issues, emergency situations can arise, or a repair may take longer than expected to complete properly and safely.
Rather than rushing a job or leaving a customer without a working water supply, we will always do our best to get the issue resolved and have the customer back up and running before leaving. Occasionally, this can cause delays but, we will always keep you informed and provide updates on our estimated arrival time.
Because plumbing systems can have hidden defects. If another part of the system fails, it may have a negative effect on the area we have worked on.
Yes, we install and maintain water treatment systems to improve water quality and protect your plumbing system.
Absolutely. Clear communication is a key part of our service, we explain what we are doing and why.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed. For larger jobs requiring significant materials or high-priced fixtures, a deposit will be required prior to work commencing.
Our standard rate is 90 euros + IVA for the first 90 minutes, then 57 euros per hour (or part thereof) thereafter, unless a quotation has been provided in advance. We always aim to be transparent with pricing before starting work.
We may, at our discretion, install materials or fixtures provided by the customer. However, we cannot guarantee the quality, suitability, or compatibility of these products, and any issue arising from the products themselves are not covered under our workmanship guarantee.
Poor previous workmanship or hidden faults can mean that what appears to be minor is part of a larger underlying problem. We focus on fixing issues properly – we do not patch up or fudge over the fundamental issue.
