Michelle heads up the key holding and property inspections element of the business.  Michelle has over 20 years of general property management experience, both here on the Costa del Sol and the UK and also holds qualifications that demonstrate her capabilities.

Therefore as a team, we pride ourselves on 

being professionals who have served a combined 50 years in property management, construction, customer service and plumbing and heating.  We, Gary and Michelle have teamed up and developed a new concept in "property management"

We already hold keys for properties here on the coast for customers who need work doing whilst they are away, so we have decided to offer a complete key holding service for our existing and future customers. Using our experiance in property we can also offer other related services such as property inspections, utility and appliance checks and planned maintenance.
